Set-out below are our counselling and mediation fees. We also recommend checking your eligibility for Legal Aid as this can often cover the cost of mediation fees as well as court costs. If you are not eligible for Legal Aid, you may still qualify for reduced mediation fees*. We offer a 25% reduction from our standard fees for couples who meet our eligibility criteria (Click here for details). Our reduced fees are illustrated below.

REDUCED MEDIATION FEES*
You may be eligible for Reduced Mediation Fees if you meet our criteria. If your joint combined annual gross income is below £50,000 you may qualify for a reduction from our standard fees (see above) of 25%.
PLEASE NOTE: *Reduced fees are currently only available through our Nuneaton Mediation Centre.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Our standard fees apply to all transactions and are effective from March 2019.
All invoices presented for payment must be settled within 48 hours of any scheduled appointment.
All clients must agree to sign an Agreement to Mediate form (non-legally binding) at the time of the first face to face meeting.
All clients must agree (if applicable) to provide full financial disclosure providing documentary evidence. This information will be need for your Memorandum of Understanding and Open Statement of Finances required for submitting to the courts in the case of a divorce.
All payments must be paid either by electronic bank transfer or by debit or credit card.
All Pre-Mediation Consultation fees are non-refundable.
Wherever possible we try and avoid having to apply cancellation charges. However, for any confirmed bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the meeting appointment time, a cancellation charge of £25 will be applied. Cancellations must be made by email or by telephoning 0330 113 0005 within the time stated.
If you wish to cancel a Pre-Mediation Meeting, you should request a cancellation at 4-12 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. A cancellation fee of £25 will be made and deducted from your account if you cancel your appointment without 4 hours notice.
Where a cancellation charge is levied, it will be deducted from any fees posted against your account. When payment is made for a pre-mediation consultation or MIAM / Joint Meeting, we create an account in your name. Yours fees remain in your account until the beginning of your consultation or meeting. In order to reschedule a pre-mediation consultation or meeting, you must pay the cancellation fee before the consultation or meeting is confirmed.
